FAQ

How long will it take before I notice results?

Some users notice an increase within as little as two weeks of usage, however we feel a more reasonable expectation is 4-8 weeks. Various factors can influence the speed of results and in particular the more frequently the cream is applied, the more rapid the results will be realized.

The most important key to realizing results is consistent, disciplined use.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with my results?

You would simply return the bottle(s) to us for a full, no-hassle refund within 60 days of purchase.

What is the best way to apply the cream?

Dispense enough to apply an even coat the target area. DO NOT rigorously massage the cream in as this will cause the product to lose effectiveness.

If you need to remove the cream, allow the cream to work for at least 15 minutes post application before washing off.

When is the best time to apply the cream?

Your body will absorb the cream more readily if applied after a shower or bath. Other good times to apply are 30 minutes before bedtime, in the early morning, and late afternoon.

How does the cream work?

The cream allows essential fatty acids to traverse the skin barrier and enter the intrinsic fat cells associated with the dermis - denoted Dermal White Adipose Tissue (dWAT).

Once that happens, these EFAs will bind to special molecules and eventually trigger the growth of dWAT. This is important because dWAT is critical for skin health and has been shown to be involved cycling of hair follicles, wound healing, homeostatic temperature regulation of the skin, skin protection against infection and cutaneous fibrosis. Additionally, scientists have observed that dWAT is subject to significant volume loss occurs during aging and photo damaging - so, the EFA action acts to "reverse" the aging process and repair such damage.

How long after applying can I put on sunscreen?

After the application of Dermal Restoration, it is recommended that you wait 20 to 30 minutes before applying sunscreen.

Are there any side effects?

The cream has a high concentration of essential fatty acids, so it can cause minor acne in some people. In this case, we would recommend that such users either wash off the cream 15-20 min post application or avoid using the cream in the "T-zone".

Some users (less than 1%) have a mild allergic response to the propylene glycol, which manifests as a small amount of redness.

Do you use parabens?

No. Our products are paraben free.
